Cancel Billing - WorldPay
When you joined you would have been sent an email from WorldPay that contains a username and password to access their shopper management system.
Please click here to access the shopper management pages at WorldPay.
To login you will need the username and password contained in the email from WorldPay, this is different to the username you use to access the news server and will begin "wp"
If you encounter any problems or have lost your login to the WorldPay shopper management system then please email Technical Support with your news server login and we can cancel rebilling for you.
Once rebilling has been cancelled you will be automatically sent an email to the email address you used when you joined. If you do not receive this email then rebilling hasn't been cancelled. If for any reason you are unsure about your billing status please email
Technical Support who will confirm the status for you.
